Duolibro provides AI-assisted bilingual story generation for language learners. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration info.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse or security risks.

3. Credits & Payments

• Story generation consumes credits. Prices are displayed prior to purchase.
• Credit purchases via Stripe or mobile in-app purchases are final except where required by law.
• We may adjust credit package offerings over time.

4. Generated Content

• You own personal usage rights to stories generated for you.
• You grant us a license to process and store prompts/stories to provide the service.
• Do not submit prompts containing unlawful, violent, or hateful material.

5. Acceptable Use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk generation.
• No attempts to bypass credit accounting or security rules.
• No harassment or abusive reviews.

6. AI & Accuracy

Generated text and translations may contain errors. Do not rely on the service for professional or safety‑critical purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI, and design remain the property of Duolibro. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for policy violations.

9. Disclaimer

Service provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
